At Marbelle & Co, we are committed to delivering your favourite 18k anti-tarnish jewellery safely and efficiently across India.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

  • A flat ₹80 shipping charge is applicable on orders below ₹499.

Shipping Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes across India.

  • An additional COD charge may apply at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via call/WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and being available at the time of delivery.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the order is not accepted or remains undelivered, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

  • Orders returned due to:

    • Customer unavailability

    • Incorrect address

    • Refusal to accept delivery

    will not be eligible for reshipment without additional shipping charges.

  • For repeated RTO orders, we reserve the right to restrict COD services for that customer.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.

  • We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
