At Marbelle & Co, we take pride in offering premium quality 18k anti-tarnish imitation jewellery. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene, quality, and fairness.
Returns

We only accept returns in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

To be eligible, you must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video is mandatory).

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items

Change of mind

Personal preference (design, size, color)

Minor variations in color due to lighting/screen differences

Used or worn products

Return Process

Customers must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.

Once approved, our team will guide you with the return process.
Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Important Notes

Slight irregularities are not considered defects as all imitation jewellery is delicately crafted.
