Return & Refund Policy – Marbelle & Co

At Marbelle & Co, we take pride in offering premium quality 18k anti-tarnish imitation jewellery. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene, quality, and fairness.

Returns

  • We only accept returns in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

  • To be eligible, you must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video is mandatory).

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preference (design, size, color)

    • Minor variations in color due to lighting/screen differences

    • Used or worn products

Return Process

  • Customers must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Once approved, our team will guide you with the return process.

Refunds

  • We do not provide monetary refunds.

  • Approved cases will receive:

    • Store credit, or

    • Replacement product (subject to availability)

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Important Notes

  • Slight irregularities are not considered defects as all imitation jewellery is delicately crafted.

  • Marbelle & Co reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
